Postage
is based on actual Canada Post charges and varies according to order. We will reply with a postage quote.
Custom
design orders are welcomed, but a 50% deposit is required.
Jewellery
is shipped upon receipt of cash, personal cheque money order,Interac email money transfer or PayPal money transfer.
Caring for your jewellery
To ensure that you can enjoy your Lelli jewellery for years to come, there are a few simple things to keep in mind when caring for your jewellery :
- Many gemstones are porous and as such should not be dipped in any jewellery cleaning solution. Stones can be wiped clean using a soft, damp cloth.
- Jewellery should not be left in direct sunlight or exposed to extreme temperatures as this may affect the life of the gemstones.
- Sterling silver and gold can be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth
- Jewellery should not be submersed in water or worn while swimming.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We will refund or exchange any unworn, like-new piece of jewellery within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased your item at one of our retailers please see the store for refund and exchange policies.
We will repair or replace any piece of jewellery damaged or broken by fault of materials or craftsmanship within 90 days of purchase. Any other repairs or replacements will be subject to a small labour and materials fee.
